If there has ever been a clear sign from the universe to pause and reflect, this is it. Though none of us planned it this way, with social distancing, working from home, and most places being closed, there has never been a better time to journey inward and focus on you through personal reflection and self-discovery.

Confidence building books are a great starting point and many people attribute the beginning of transformational change in their life to a specific book. That is why we wanted to share ten of our favorite books to raise your vibration and encourage you to live an empowered life on your terms. Enjoy!

1) The Four Agreements

Endorsed by a number of influential spiritual leaders including Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer, this simple yet powerful book will have you thinking differently about yourself and how you interpret the world around you. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, Don Miguel Ruiz explains the source of self-limiting beliefs and provides a clear and concise roadmap to living a life of freedom, fulfillment, and love.
