There is no doubt that we are living in an unprecedented time, making it so important to find peace and calm amongst the chaos. Here are 5 simple ways to practice self-care every day.

1: Meditation

2: Journaling

Journaling is a great source of stress relief and a chance to slow down and self reflect. It doesn't have to be complicated and even as little as 5 or 10 minutes a day can be highly beneficial. A simple place to start is by writing down 3 things that you are grateful for first thing every morning, and 3 amazing things that happened that day each evening before bed.

3: Connect with Nature

Spending time in nature has a host of benefits including stress and anxiety relief, mood improvement, and boosting feelings of happiness and wellbeing. Whether taking in the sounds of the ocean or venturing deep into the forest, we evolved as humans in the great outdoors, and it's been proven that our brain benefits immensely from a journey back to nature.
